This is the boring bit….However, it is important that you read through this document and then we can get on to the fun stuff! Please note that by placing a booking implies full agreement with these Terms and Conditions.
Bookings
- It is the client’s responsibility to ensure they attend on the correct date, time and location for the class, and to ensure they are available for the duration of the course. For optimum results we recommend that you attend all the classes and complete the course. Refunds for non-attendance will not be provided.
- In the event of unavoidable circumstances such as extreme weather or trainer illness, it may be necessary to postpone/rearrange a class.
Safety
- Dogs must be vaccinated or have an up-to-date titre test certificate to enrol on classes. Proof of vaccination/titre test must be provided. This is for the safety of both your dog and other customers dogs.
- All dogs to be kept on lead and under control by their owners unless otherwise instructed by their trainer. We also encourage owners to keep their dogs away from the other dogs in the class, and to limit interactions whilst on lead.
- Although we make every effort to allow your dog to play with other suitable dogs in the class for short periods during your course (Puppy course only), we cannot guarantee the right mix of dogs on every course for this to be done safely. Consequently, puppy play may not occur in all classes.
- All owners are responsible for their dog’s behaviour and actions whilst on the premises.
- Occasionally we may find that a class environment does not suit a dog or owner. In these instances we would recommend 1-2-1 private training sessions.
- Please do not attend class if your bitch is in season or your dog/bitch is unwell (vomiting, coughing, diarrhoea etc) or has been in contact with any other dog that is unwell. In these circumstances every effort will be made to transfer or defer your place to another course or arrange 1-2-1 individual training (an additional fee may be required for individual training).
- If your dog has any known allergies, injuries, medical conditions or has any other special needs, it is your responsibility to bring this to the attention of the trainer prior to the session.
- Please bring your dog to class in a well fitted harness and flat collar with a standard lead or double ended training lead. Flexi or retractable leads are not permitted in class (this is to avoid injury to others).
